Location: The Execu-Search Group, 300 Interpace Parkway, 1st Floor, Parsippany, NJ 07054

In the last 5 to 7 years we have seen a dramatic change in the role of legal assistants. There is little doubt that technology has changed the way most law firms operate and utilize legal secretaries, legal assistants, and paralegals. In this program we will explore the reasons behind the changing roles and responsibilities as well as the job titles, job descriptions and cross-over duties.
Micki Mersky, Managing Director of Legal Services at The Execu-Search Group has over 20 years of experience in legal staffing. She manages the legal division at Execu-Search where they specialize in placing legal assistants/paralegals/secretaries, attorneys, billing specialists and contract administrators.
Melissa Haber, Senior Director of Legal Services at The Execu-Search Group has over 10 years of legal staffing experience. Melissa practiced law earlier in her career and works closely with her candidates in finding them the right position – not just the job.
Kaleigh Letizia, Staffing Manager of Legal Services has over four years’ experience in staffing both permanent and temporary. In December she joined the Execu Search Group team to focus on Legal Positions.
